  • The foreign applicant will apply initially for the 13A Probationary Residency in which a visa and an ACR I-card valid for a year is given. Before the year expires, the applicant will re-apply to amend the visa into a permanent status. In addition to that, the ACR I-Card will already be valid and renewable every 5 years.low.

  • To qualify, you must be married to a Filipino Citizen.

  • The major documents that you need are:

    • PSA Marriage Certificate (or PSA Report of Marriage or an Apostilled / PH Embassy-Authenticated Foreign Marriage Certificate if married abroad)

    • PSA Live Birth Certificate of the Filipino Spouse

    • Original Passport and valid tourist visa of the foreign applicant.

    • Original and valid government issued of the Filipino spousa (preferably a PH Passport)

  • No, you cannot. However, this visa will entitle you to have a permanent residency in the Philippines.

  • Yes, and be sure to return to the Philippines a few months to apply for the amendment process in getting the 13A Permanent Residency.
